Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
